Curtains

Show Within a Show
- This show was very interesting to work on because the story is about the characters trying to put on a musical. Since they have their own set pieces for that musical I needed to find a way to differentiate the musical set pieces from "reality." After talking to the director about what he wanted we decided the musical set would have a much brighter color palette and everything would be dry brushed.
Signs
- For the signs in this show I got to collaborate with the director and set designer to decide on a font and a color palette
- We decided on a "stick" font with white highlights and black shadows for dimension
First Charge Artist Position
- This was the first time I got the position of Charge Artist and had my own crew to direct. I believe this was a good show to have my first leadership position in. Because of the nature of the show I collaborated a lot with the director and set designer while delegating tasks to my crew and keeping everyone busy.
